Tennis fans will know it’s the finals of the Australian Open this weekend – but it’s also the start of the AO Pickleball Slam.
For the second year, show court ANZ Arena will host pickleball from 30 January to 1 February 2026 as players from across the globe compete for more than $100,000 in prize money.
Leading stars including Ryler DeHeart, Megan Fudge, Phuc Huynh, Sofia Sewing and Roos van Reek will feature.
And to round it all off, there’s a celebrity Smash on Sunday.
“The AO Pickleball Slam will bring some of the best pickleball players in the world to Melbourne Park, who will compete in an iconic arena over AO finals weekend, providing pickleball a platform like no other,” said Tennis Australia head of game expansion Callum Beale in a press release.
