New gender doubles tournament about to open for entries

Keen doubles players will need to be quick on the uptake as East Lothian Pickleball Club have announced a new Open Gender Doubles Tournament.

The event will take place on Sunday 7th September at Meadowmill Sports Centre. Tranent – and will be for players under 3.5.

Entries open on Wednesday 11th June at 6pm, and will be accepted on a first-come basis with entries moved to a reserve list after maximum numbers are received. Both players in a doubles event must submit an entry, with no acceptance of anyone submitting with a message of “partner wanted”.

Anyone interested needs to get their clicking finger poised as the club’s mixed doubles tournament earlier this year sold out in just six minutes.
