Pickleball England plans for junior pathway

After the success of last weekend’s Junior League – as reported by Pickleball 52 – Pickleball England have plans for even more events for young people going forward.

And the intent is to support them in competitive action as they head towards the open categories.

That will continue with the Young Persons’ Championships at Courtside, Stourbridge on the 27th and 28th June, Junior Singles, Doubles and Mixed at the English OPEN in August, and the English Nationals Junior events in October.

Plus the Junior League will have further events in July, September, and towards the end of November or start of December.

These are the most recent events for young people across the UK, following in the footsteps of London Pickleball’s academy (pictured), as pickleball looks to attract a broader demographic.
